About me

Except for the first four years of my life, I've always been a Star Wars fan. I played a lot with the vintage toys as a kid and in the ninetees my fandom got another boost by the publications of West End Games. I've always loved and wanted to share my notions and knowledge about Star Wars which resulted in co founding TeeKay-421, the Belgian Star Wars fanclub in 1997 of which I'm the president.

Being active for a long time in the fan community got me in touch with people from Lucasfilm and eventually I was allowed to write articles and blogs for the official Star Wars website. At this time, I was also able to add official Star Wars lore by naming four characters and writing their biographies for the 'What's the Story' contest on the official Star Wars website. In the Autumn of 2013 Leland Chee and Jonathan Wilkins allowed me to take care of 'Rogues Gallery' in Star Wars Insider with two friends. In 'Rogues Gallery', I was once again able to name a series of background characters from the movies and give them short bios.

Since 2014 I've been working on a professional level in the world of Star Wars. I was allowed to write blogs and articles for the Official Star Wars website and I also contributed articles for 'The Build the Millennium Falcon' Magazine, a British publication from DeAgostini. Since 2015 I've translated Marvel comics for Dark Dragon Books.

I'm always interested in expanding my Star Wars (or affiliated) assignments.
